About the Speaker:
Erik Friesen:
Erik is a Training Specialist with Boundless (soon to be Planet Federal). He has worked with GIS and remote sensing technology for the past 13 years. Prior to joining Boundless, he spent 8 years as the sole GIS Technician/Analyst at a small oil and gas company. He earned a B.S. in Geoscience and graduate certificates in GIS and remote sensing at the University of Texas at Dallas. In his spare time, Erik enjoys tinkering with electronics, brewing beer, and back country camping.
