Ishka Voiculescu is an IT System Administrator at the City of Austin Public Works and has extensive experience managing multiple product integration including Autodesk Suite products, Bentley and Trimble for planning, design, and visualization. He is a member of various engineering groups and an active forum contributor.
Courtney Roe, GISP
As a curator of knowledge and life-learner, Courtney Roe, GISP, is always ready to be exposed to new ideas and put a modern spin on historic vision. She is a Civil CAD Designer and GIS Analyst by trade at Pape-Dawson Engineers in Austin, Texas; loving every minute of exploring the interoperability of the software used to create construction plans and client presentations. As President of Supporting Women in Geography and GIS (SWIGGIS), she expands her network of colleagues and joins the Austin area GIS Community in professional development workshops and social networking events.
Zena Pelletier, GISP, Sec+|Esri Solution Engineer
Zena Pelletier is a Solution Engineer on the State & Local Government team out of the San Antonio Regional Office with Esri. She works with local governments in the region to make full use of Esri software and technology. Helping users deploy solutions to meet their business and objectives. Prior to joining Esri, Zena worked for the Dept. of Defense with 20+ years of work experience encompassing numerous projects conducted for the United States Air Force and United States Army, performing various geospatial data analysis processes for existing infrastructures at locations around the world. Background work experience also includes surveying and drafting, construction and design management, computer programming and developing software to improve networks and individual systems, as well as automating processes to boost productivity.
Ramesh Sridharan
Ramesh Sridharan is Infrastructure Product Manager at Autodesk. He has extensive experience in reality capture, infrastructure design workflows, and GIS integration for the past two decades. He is currently heading teams in Autodesk on ESRI data integration with Autodesk products as part of ESRI-Autodesk relationship as well as advanced feature extraction from reality capture point cloud data.

Jacqueline Bilbro, GISP
Jacquelyn Bilbro is a GIS Manager and CAD Supervisor for Enco Consulting, Inc. in Lakeway or more specifically, a spatial data advocate, documentation guru and herder of cats. She has over 2 decades of experience in GIS and CAD. Ms. Bilbro is a GISP, founding member of the SWIGGIS Austin, and current Chair of CenTexGIS user group.
