FME is a data integration platform that transform data, automate workflows and connects GIS / ESRI environment to any systems.
It works with a visual drag and drop interface and is a simple alternative to python coding, DB scripting or using ModelBuilder.
FME turns a regular GIS person into a GIS Ninja!
Do you work with multiple formats and data sources such as CAD and GIS? Would you like to transform and integrate them using best practices? Safe Software’s FME Desktop might be the right tool for you. In this workshop, you will learn how to develop and build a workbench in FME using geospatial data.
Here’s a few topics that will be covered in this all day workshop:
- Introduction to FME and data conversion basics
- Data transformation
- FME best practices
- Transformation components
- Practical transformer use
Who should attend: Anyone who has to manage data.
If you attended the 2020 version of the workshop the exercises will be slightly modified so this makes a great refresher!
