Current Board President, Tom Fisher, will brief attendees on URISA’s accomplishments over past year and what the future year has in store for members and volunteers. He will touch on Board actions, work by key committees, and plans for better understanding the GIS market and branding.

Enterprise Geospatial Technologies Administrator - Cuyahoga County , Ohio
With over 29 years in the field of GIS, Tom Fisher is currently the Enterprise Geospatial Technologies Administrator for the County of Cuyahoga in Ohio. He leads a staff of five GIS professionals in the County’s Department of Information Technology. Mr. Fisher assumed the URISA board presidency at the end of GIS-Pro in Columbus and is also a Past-President of the local Ohio Valley Chapter of URISA. Tom is a Certified Planner and GISP.
